Easy to Work With From 2 1/2 Hours Away I live 2 1/2 hours away from Olathe Dodge and some of the other Dodge dealers. I had contacted many dealerships to see if we could negotiate a deal u I live 2 1/2 hours away from Olathe Dodge and some of the other Dodge dealers. I had contacted many dealerships to see if we could negotiate a deal using text and/or email. This was extremely important to me due to my location to the dealerships and time constraints. Brandon Jackson and Greg Dittmer with Olathe Dodge were the only ones who would work with me in this way. Every other dealer wanted me to go into their dealership. Brandon gave me a trade-in value over text and email using a copy of my title and pictures of my vehicle. We actually negotiated a trade using this method. Once the figures where agreed upon, all I had to do was go into Olathe Dodge and sign some documents. It greatly reduced the amount of time that I was actually at the dealership. I also asked Greg if I could have a spoiler put on. We negotiated a deal where I would purchase the spoiler and they would provide the labor to install it. That little "extra" really impressed me. Brandon showed me the features of my new vehicle and said that I could call him with questions. I would definitely do business with Olathe Dodge again. More

While Dodge Customer Service/Case Management at Corporate was absolutely terrible to deal with (and we got no where in two months on the phone with them during three more visits to the shop and in fact the loyal Dodge customers we had been were quickly turning to look for alternative manufacturers), we finally got a hold of Frank and told him the issues we were having and that we were again truckless and were in dire need of one that day. Frank spoke to his GSM and told us to come in... we got there, and were in a brand new Dodge 3500 Diesel truck, at an amazing price in just over 2 hours. Talk about customer service!
