Great Experience I had been searching 4 wheel SUV's for 3 weeks. I was about to give up when I saw Olathe Jeep ad on the small Jeep Renegades. The long drive from Independence, MO to Olathe was horrible and with all the construction I got lost.When I finally got there I was a little frustrated by all the traffic confusion, but I started in the door to the showroom and Mike Sr. met me at the door. What a friendly face and so very nice and extremely pleasant. I was glad my salesman to be was an older gentlemen. I have experienced younger salesmen not treating a single woman with respect or as a serious buyer. Mike took me on a test drive in one car but I had my sights on another. I was impressed by all the knowledge he knew about this SUV. After I left the dealer I went straight to the bank and secured my loan, the next day I was back with check in hand. My first jeep I came in to look at a Jeep Wrangler with another at another location in mind. I did my research in full on wranglers so I knew what I wanted but I wa I came in to look at a Jeep Wrangler with another at another location in mind. He was super friendly and not at all pushy. He was respectful to my whole family (my dad and future brother-in-law included) but kept me at the forefront as I was the customer. Joe Hawk made the process fun! He was well informed on his stock and was able to narrow down my choices. Even when we talked numbers, he was patient, understanding, and willing to help me out! Plus he put up with my crazy family picking on his love for Nebraska football. I wound up purchasing my first vehicle and I couldn't be happier with my choice!
