Renewing my faith in honest sales. My husband and I find ourselves at car dealerships just about on a yearly basis as our vehicle needs change frequently. We moved to Kansas a few years ago and have had a wide variety of experiences ranging from average to incredibly horrible. My experience with the team at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram was comfortable and actually pleasant. Both Travell and Cory took the time to find out what our specific needs were and address all of our concerns immediately. They worked very hard to find the best options for our trade in and explained every step of the process with no pressure to accept terms we were not 100% happy with. I generally leave a dealership frustrated if not feeling like I have been taken advantage of. This time, I left smiling. Thank you for all of your help! More
