Sales and really good Salesmen I just bought my 2nd Ram truck. My first from Olathe Dodge though it won't be my last. I had been waiting for the Rebel to come in and was work with M I just bought my 2nd Ram truck. My first from Olathe Dodge though it won't be my last. I had been waiting for the Rebel to come in and was work with Mark Sedei. I decided that Rebel wasn't quite what I wanted. Despite my schedule being incredibly busy, Mark and Samantha (Internet Sales) continued to be patient, answer a ridiculous amount of questions and helped me find the perfect fit. Mark then went to work putting together an unbelievable deal. Despite my balking, Mark and one of the Sales Manager's, put an even better deal together. Ultimately, it came down to tight schedules on my part but they managed to even overcome that obstacle. So, day before Thanksgiving, 113o am, I decide to pull the trigger but wanted the truck to have running boards and bedliner done and had to leave (paperwork done) no later than 4oo pm. Add that I was out of town and couldn't get there until 33o pm. Impossible right? Nope. Mark had it put together and was switching my tags over while I was signing the paperwork. Even taking the time to get a Ram T-shirt and thank everyone, I was on the road at 4oo pm in my new Ram truck! Thanks again to an amazing team. More
