After the test drive and discussing trading in my current Jeep Patriot, Adam did a great job of keeping in contact, which eventually led to our agreement on a beautiful Jeep Cherokee! But to keep things interesting, someone had purchased that same Jeep while Adam and I were on the phone. Adam called me back immediately to let me know he'd get me the exact same Jeep (the color and all the features I wanted) and he totally came through. His enthusiasm and dedication to customer service made the entire experience pleasant, especially when it could have turned into a total bummer! I'm very happy with not only my new Jeep, but how the entire dealership conducted business. I will definitely go back to Olathe DCJ for my next Jeep! More

Service was fast and all personnel were courteous. I highly recommend this dealership for auto damage repair. This is my second experience with them and both were outstanding. More

Best dealership!! I purchased a 2015 Cherokee last March and within 3 months I experienced a vibration issue. I have always had Olathe DCJ service my cars, so with persuasion from my service rep, I got the service team and sales management involved with the potential resolution. Needless to say they did not disappoint........... After trying everything possible to resolve the issue, Chrysler representatives were called in to help determine the vibration cause. After months of working through more possible answers, it was determined the vibration may never be solved, so Chrysler replaced my 2015 Cherokee with a 2016 Cherokee. Please note: Olathe DCJR had no investment since they weren't the selling dealership. But they took a very frustrated Jeep customer and turned my frustration into celebration. Not only will Olathe DCJR be my service provider..............they will be my dealership from now on. They went above and beyond what others were willing to do................ they are the best dealership!! More
