I had a great overall experience. If someone could shorten the time it takes to do the paperwork that would be a plus! After agreeing on a price and waiting hours to sign the contract with two kids with us. We finally got to the contract, the finance manager added $599 to the total sale price of the vehicle, not including contract with two kids with us. The new price of the vehicle looked very similar to the price it shouldve been (two numbers switched) and unfortunately we didnt notice. I noticed the next morning and called the finance manager and he told me they were government fees and all dealerships have them and that he forgot to give me the copy of the sellers disclosure and he would get it to me. I received the sellers disclosure that I did NOT sign that said fees and $599 (no breakdown of what these fees went to). We already signed the contract so Im pretty sure nothing can be done to fix this but they definitely scammed us!! More
