Took my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit to the dealership to have the start/stop button activated but it took about 5 hrs to get it activated but I was told it would take about 3 days driving at least 30 mil to have the start/stop button activated but it took about 5 hrs to get it activated but I was told it would take about 3 days driving at least 30 miles each day but so far the start/stop button has not worked. Bought a certified RAM 1500 from eastern NC over the internet. John was great to work with and sent me some good videos and answered all my questions. Everything was super easy from the paperwork to the internet. John was great to work with and sent me some good videos and answered all my questions. Everything was super easy from the paperwork to them working with my shipping company. The deal was awesome and easy. They took care of an issue with the warranty that came up and made it right. I would gladly buy from them again. John was great. More
Bought a brand new truck there. Constant problems with it for the entire year that I owned it, engine rebuild, then back to problems. Traded it in to get a different truck and was not given my $9K trade in value off of the new truck from the vehicle I traded in to get the first truck. So I got a terrible truck, had to constantly deal with it having it, wasting my time constantly going to the dealership, the headache of nobody ever knowing what's wrong with it, and my reward was to go ~$15K deeper in the hole on a marginally nicer truck. The truck was sold as brand new, even thought I was told it was used for test drives and a sale was quickly made and then fell through. The reality is that the person did have the vehicle as a personal vehicle for a decent amount of time before registering it and running into financial issues, in which he had to return the truck to the dealership. So a sale, and then essentially a voluntary repossession. Scratches, scuffs, nearly impossible to remove sticky substances inside the truck. But I had to pay full MSRP for a used and practically repossessed truck. No help from the sales staff when I went in today to ask for some financial help to bridge the gap between the reality of what the vehicle is worth and what I paid, as well as some version of my $9K previous trade in, which seems to be just money in the wind now (and by money in the wind it's just pure cash in the dealerships pocket). This is not a customer friendly dealership, other than Josh McGurn and Brian in service. They are this place's only real saving graces. More
Kendrick was great. The guy doing the work had some challenges. I don't know about him, one way or another. Now, please leave me alone! The guy doing the work had some challenges. I don't know about him, one way or another. Now, please leave me alone! More
