Thankfully those days are long gone and nowhere proves it better than Mike Dyster and the services provided by Olathe Lincoln. Mike is highly knowledgeable and totally honest. He is the opitome of a service manager. From the moment I drove my Lincoln MKS into the service bay till I drove it home I was treated as the PURPOSE of his work ... not the CAUSE of his work. I was so pleased to have been loaned the use of a 2017 Continental whie my MKS was in the shop. Would I recommend Olathe Lincoln to others? Without the least hesitation!!! I will return to buy a new Lincoln there ... at a dealership that values its customers. More
