2018 Explorer Platinum I walked into the dealership with the hopes that I would be greeted by friendly staff that would be willing to help me with my trade-ins (I was tradin I walked into the dealership with the hopes that I would be greeted by friendly staff that would be willing to help me with my trade-ins (I was trading 2 for 1) and find me the best deal possible because I live in Olathe and had already scheduled an appointment with another dealer in Lee's Summit that afternoon if I couldn't get what I was looking for. I was fortunate enough to meet Scott at the front desk and after talking to him for 5 minutes and hearing about his family I was very comfortable. I was given optimal time to take the vehicle I was interested in out on the road and told to basically be back by the end of the day. When my wife and I returned in the vehicle, I was given a decent trade on my vehicles as well as great dealership discounts and an additional $1000 military credit (I am an active duty retiree). I was more than pleased with my experience and the Explorer is a great addition to our household needs. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great vehicle, courteous employees, and a no pressure attitude. More

Alax Klien, at Olathe Ford, listened to what I was looking for. Showed me a variety of SUVs and explained all the differences in a way I could understand. After driving a couple I found one with everything on my want list! Alax took the time to explain the new technology, and hook it up to my phone. Everyone at this dealership were easy to work with, and I drove it home the same day. Very impressed with the whole experience! Love my new Ford Escape! More
