The Olathe Ford Service Center is extraordinarily slow. Expect significant delays on car repair services. We brought in our vehicle in for a recall appointment that was scheduled a month out. When we dropped it off, we were told that it is possible that the vehicle may need to stay overnight. We were not told that an overnight service was needed when the appointment was originally scheduled, but we were fine with leaving the car for that amount of time. "Overnight" has turned into three weeks. The expected completion date keeps changing. Our car is still not ready for pickup. We are beyond livid. Awful - Do not recommend.
