I came over to Martin Nissan and the customer service was above and beyond! What AL Piemonte Nissan dealer could not do and would not do for me has lost them a customer! Since they lost me as a customer, I now drive 30 minutes from my house just to have the warmest and friendliest customer service experience ever! I appreciate what they have done for me and I will continue to go there as long as I am a Nissan owner! I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! You didn't have to do it but you did! Things could have turned out way worse than what they were, but I'm so grateful that you took the time out to help me with the issue that I had. Great experience! I've been driving the same car for 21 years so the idea of purchasing a new car was quite overwhelming. After several visits to a few different dealerships my friend recommended Martin Nissan where he had a good experience several years ago. We met Huxley, who helped us find all the cars on the lot that met my list of wants. The one car I really wanted was being used by another employee at the firm, but Huxley made sure we were able to test drive it and I eventually bought that Nissan Rogue. Huxley made sure the SUV was perfect and scheduled maintenance for the following week per my request. He checked up on me several times and was so great to work with throughout the entire experience.
