Long process but 5 star purchase! I did some research online and came into this dealership in hopes to purchasing a used vehicle (but practically new with only 5,600 miles on it), whil I did some research online and came into this dealership in hopes to purchasing a used vehicle (but practically new with only 5,600 miles on it), while also trading in my vehicle. Jim Echols and Joe Zich provided great customer service in terms of doing their best to meet my demands, and working around numbers that I wanted - it was definitely not an easy process and there were some hiccups, but at the end I was able to walk out with the vehicle I had my eyes on. My only downfall about my overall experience was that I was there for a really long time (literally half the day and the longest I've ever been at a dealership when making a deal) - but it usually is a long process. Make sure to come prepared! Jim and Joe's courteousness and great customer service balanced it out for me, though. They were easy to work with and projected a positive attitude throughout the whole process. I really do appreciate their efforts and time into helping me walk out with my new and beautiful vehicle! And Fred in finance as well, for signing off and completing the deal! I am definitely recommending them and this dealership to my friends and family moving forward. Thanks again for everything! More
