Purchasing a luxury used vehicle from this dealer was not the best experience. The finance manager I worked with tried sneaking extra costs into the purchase price, almost causing me to walk out of the deale the best experience. The finance manager I worked with tried sneaking extra costs into the purchase price, almost causing me to walk out of the dealership. After being promised dent repair via the multi-guard service plan, it took months upon months to get service set up. I was even told to drive around to local body shops to receive an estimate myself, which was ultimately denied. One person I can give xxxxxxto is Mary from Service, who actually was extremely considerate and took matters into her own hands. Without her, the car-buying experience here would be terrible. Overall, the sales side was a terrible experience, but the service department made up for my troubles. Sales even gave me trouble about a comparable rental, trying to claim that a Murano was comparable to a Mercedes SUV. If you are going to sell luxury vehicles, at least offer comparable rentals when promised service. All in all, I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealer again. More
