I visited the dealership one evening to test drive the ford mustang mach-e. I had been scoping out the car for a while and had recently test drove another one at a different dealership. My salesman Lupe, test drove the car with me, the test drive was as expected so I was content with moving forward to purchase. My financing was already secured, and I had a blank check in hand. Lupe cautioned me that the dealership may not be able to accept my financing and suggested allowing them to seek financing at a potentially better rate, directly through the dealership (a sales tactic). I declined as I did not want a lengthy stay at the dealership and was content with the bank rate that I had already been offered through my credit union. The haggling over the numbers began and my only opposition was to the additional warranty, for personal reasons. Once the final numbers were agreed upon, I was escorted to a waiting area where I waited over an hour, for which I did not understand the purpose as once again, I already had financing. With the finance manager, I was once again haggled about another warranty, which I declined. An unknown warranty was ultimately already worked into my numbers. Of course, I missed it during signing because I was anxious to get the deal done and out the door. I am in the process of terminating that warranty now. At pull off, I noticed that the left blinker was out. Returned to dealership for repair immediately. 5 days later, the car was delivered to my job, and I was relieved. That relief quickly left after further review of the vehicle, which now had huge scratches on the back that were not previously there. It looks like someone attempted to open the truck and smashed it up against something. Ultimately this was not a good car buying experience. Buyers beware! More

About a month ago, I decided to inquire about a vehicle through their online portal. Little did I know that this simple inquiry would lead to a nightmare of incessant phone calls and blatant disregard for my privacy. After expressing interest online, I was inundated with calls from Old Orchard Nissan. They assured me that I would be placed on their "Do Not Call" list, but it was as if they never heard the words they themselves were saying. Day after day, my phone kept ringing with their persistent calls, despite my numerous pleas for them to stop. Fed up with the relentless harassment, I decided to take matters into my own hands and called the dealership directly to speak with a manager, a certain Jay. However, what I encountered during this call was nothing short of shocking and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, Jay not only refused to acknowledge the harassment I had endured but also had the audacity to threaten to call the police on me. It was a complete and utter overreaction to a customer who was simply seeking an end to their incessant, unwanted calls. My experience with Old Orchard Nissan has left me deeply frustrated and disillusioned. Their complete lack of respect for my privacy and their customers' well-being is appalling. I urge anyone considering doing business with them to think twice and, if possible, look elsewhere for a more reputable and customer-centric dealership. More

I laid a deposit on a used car. I had to leave in a rush to pick my kids up, salesmen said he'd text me the receipt. I had to call 4 times to get a receipt. That was Friday. I asked for my deposit back, they told me I'd need to make an appointment to come and get it back. They are 1 hours' drive from where i live. It's impossible to get hold of the salesmen there that i dealt with any time i called. DO NOT USE these guys. Update. I did eventually get my refund, so that's a plus i guess. I still would not rate this dealership for customer service. They do have good prices, but the cars are not in good condition for the price, so the online price is a little miss leading. On the positive side they were willing to be somewhat flexible on pricing. More
