I was there to do a trade in. So I can get larger vehicle. Other dealerships they give me between 8k and 9k for my car and I was hoping to get better deal with Olympia Jeep. I drove from Central Oregon to Olympia Jeep to pick up a 2020 Ford Escape I had purchased based on salesperson disclosure. The end result was that the vehicle had many issues not disclosed; no second key fo 2020 Ford Escape I had purchased based on salesperson disclosure. The end result was that the vehicle had many issues not disclosed; no second key fob, no factory door code for touchpad entry, sound system subwoofer blown out, spare tire tools missing, permanent stain on passengers seat, extreme water spotting on exterior and glass (cost $500 to have it professionally polished out), and a noise coming from rear differential in slow turns. I bought an 1989 Wrangler and found out there was a recall on the emergency brake. Called them and they said it had been done, so i explained no it hadn't that the top bracket was broke and the emergen recall on the emergency brake. I said you don't have to fix it just get me the part I'll buy it and do it myself and they replied we can't do that as its a recall part. So instead they figure is ok for the emergency brake to fail and run over a kid playing behind the jeep in the street. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
