The wait was not too long, and Jacky, my service advisor, nicely greeted me and took car My visit to the One Toyota for maintenance service was great! The wait was not too long, and Jacky, my service advisor, nicely greeted me and took care of everything for me and thoroughly explained my car’s condition to me. I only stayed there for 1.5 hours, which is not very long. One sad thing is that the coffee machine was under maintenance at the time of my visit, so I couldn’t enjoy a cup of coffee while I was there. But the overall experience was great and smooth! More
