Disappointed I disappointed the service. I have been visited 2 times for oil chang this year, the service advisor Chase was very nice and patient but service depar I disappointed the service. Also, they didn't wash my car but they used to, and they didn’t stick the label reminds customers when should go back for the next service. More

I've been coming to Toyota One of Oakland for about 10 years mainly because it's conveniently located near a food bank I do volunteer work for on Wednesdays. I live in walking distance of Downtown Toyota but feel a loyalty to Toyota One because I sense quality work and mainly because I like your friendly and attentive staff. There were times maybe 5 years ago when different service reps seemed less sincere and less reliable. But since then and for the foreseeable future I don't see myself leaving Toyota One of Oakland.
