Clean and fairly well organized I like that the service advisor is your advisor throughout the experience. (James Kim). I really came in just for the safety recall repair work, It was expensive but good for peace of mind. Fairly well organized; (they couldn't find my car at the end, but finally did). Appreciated the Lyft both ways. More
