This review is for Julian ONLY. He was just hired as asst. manager when he had to go in damage control mode. However, Julian swooped in the next day and although it was his first day as asst. manager, he handled the situation like he'd been doing it for years. To be frank, I don't think customer service is rocket science. All you need to do is be considerate, respectful, and value one's time. Even their general manager, I was so frustrated that I reached out to Sam, but not a single response from him, either. Long story short, ask for Julian. More
