From my call to make an appointment until I drove my car away after the servicing, it was a pleasant experience. Spencer is A#1 as a service rep. , he always remembers me and is very attentive to my needs away after the servicing, it was a pleasant experience. I would give them 4. 5 Stars for the Service Dept. I've had my car (Which I purchased there) serviced there several times. The service time has always been reasonable or 5 Stars for the Service Dept. My car is always returned clean or in the same cleanliness condition as it was when I dropped it off. My only issue is how they check your car in. There doesn't seem to be a system in place and seems to depend on which Service Advisor you have? The last (2) times I waited in my car in line for 10-15 minutes while others in front and behind me in line were checked in. Maybe I just have bad luck but it was a little frustrating. I was eventually assigned a different Service Advisor-Jake Stevens, and he was great! More
