The Service dept. is friendly and efficient, especially Chelsea. I didn't have an appointment but stopped in because service was due and my schedule allowed it. Was in and out pretty quickly. We recently purchased the 2020 Santa Fe Limited from the Ontario Dealership this month, in addition we had purchased the 2021 Palisade Limited from the Riverside Metro dealership last November. The experien Ontario Dealership this month, in addition we had purchased the 2021 Palisade Limited from the Riverside Metro dealership last November. The experience between both dealerships was like night and day. The Riverside Metro gets a 5 star rating, while the Ontario gets a 1 star rating. The Ontario sales rep had no personality, the manager was pushy and unhelpful. The dealership accessories were not provided as an option but already built in to the final pricing. Why did we purchase the 2020 Limited Santa Fe? Because we wanted the color. The same model in bright red was also available in Loma Linda with a $7k incentive discount. When we asked Ontario if they would match, they said yes but only provided $4k but also inflated the final price by $10k, this was not realized until we had a chance to review the contract papers. The contract papers were finally signed after 8 p.m. so the whole process was rushed because the sales floor wanted to get home. After we were given the keys, We even had to flag down the sales team that floor mats were missing from the vehicle before we drove off the lot. Needless to say we are very UNSATISFIED with the Ontario Dealership and will never shop there in the future. We'll be sure to let everyone in our circle of influence know. The Riverside sales rep went above and beyond by sticking around after the end of his shift to patiently show us the Palisade features while we waited for the contract signing. More

Tell me, what incentive is there for me to go back? I got an oil change AND a tire rotation at Pep Boys for $31 bucks with a coupon that I did not have to scour the ends of the Earth for. $41 dollars for both without the coupon. Still a deal. Ontario needs to adjust their service prices, they are not even competitive. More

Called to negotiate over the phone for a car they just received on the lot. Received a call back with an offer well above the price. Sales person said their cars at the dealership is always priced above M received on the lot. Received a call back with an offer well above the price. Sales person said their cars at the dealership is always priced above MSRP. Also informed me that other dealerships nearby did the same, to convince me to buy in. I have spoken to many salesmen at nearby dealership, none quoted me anything close to the quote they gave me. Definitely will not take my business here nor do I recommend others do too. More
