We're disappointed that you're dissatisfied with the costs of our services. We do honor all competitor's coupons and your vehicle is inspected by factory-trained technicians that use OEM parts. When you take your vehicle to places like Pep Boys, they use cheap aftermarket parts and do not do vehicle inspections using certified technicians. Señor Sam. Le e enviado varios mensajes a la dirección de correo que me a dejado en el mensaje anterior y simple mente no llegan a la dirección. Le explicare ala brevedad los detalles de lo sucedido el di 12/30/20 por la noche lleve a mi señora y hijos a mirar a el dealer a mi mujer le gustó a lo cual ala mañana siguiente regrese solo y me dirigí Anel vendedor del la noche anterior e pesamos a negociar y el trajo a otra persona que decía ser supervisor y obvia mente podría responder mejor mis preguntas después de un largo rato acordamos que sería un lease en la forma que compartí el vehículo pues me dijo que el interés sería el l 0.09% y mis pagos serían de 450 dólares por mes por 36 meses y que mi down payment sería 11650.00 dolares y el precio del vehículo al terminar el lease sería 18000.00 dólares con opción de compra dando a un total de 46000.00 dólares más los extras que por demanda del dealer tenia que acepte con un valor de 2500.00 mas o menos le pregunté no una sino varias besé que si es así aceptaba el trato y fue entonces que me reafirmo si el vehículo tiene 3 años de garantia y todos lo servicios de mantenimiento incluidos le pedí me diera unos minutos para llamar a mi esposa y platicarle de el trato, ella estuvo de acuerdo y le dije que que se necesita para que me llevaran el carro a la casa qué hay estaba mi esposa me pidió el depósito y mi banco no permitió que se retirara todo el dinero y fue que yo le dije que podría seguramente rrtirar 2000.00 de una tarjeta y 2000.00 de otra y el resto selo daría en un cheque cuando llegaran el carro a mi casa y el contrato. Asta a que todo iba bien pues cundo llego el vendedor a casa me pidió el cheque se lo entregue 7650.00 el me dio el l contrato y cuando lo íbamos. Revisar me dijo o está ml escrito el nombre de su esposa necesitamos ir. Que lo vuelvan a cer mes pueden dar un raite de regreso al Dealer y a la lo firman a si fue regresamos y yo tuve una llamada por teléfono que me entretuve afuera del Dealer por un tiempo cuando regrese mi sorpresa fue un mi mujer lo firmo pero ella no supo la use firmaba pues estaba en inglés y el que trato con ustedes fui yo el que pago el depósito fui yo y para empeorar me diseño que regrese el lunes di 1/4/21 por el contrato por que la se lo avían llevado a no sé quién me que esa person ya no estaba se avía ido el lunes por e fut mire el contrato y les dije que así no fue me y que se aprovecharon de que como yo no estaba presente hicieron que mi esposa firmara lo que no entendía pues ella no bola ni entiende bien el idioma inglés y si si fue una manera bastante desonesta de parte de let vendedor puesto que cundo yo le dije que regrese el carro ese mismo día el me amenaso y me dijo que de cualquier forma tendría que seguir los pagos por 3 años y que para que firmaba si no entendía todo to esto lo discutimos en inglés yo solo le pido o un me den el trato co acordamos o me regresen mi dinero y recojan su carro
