We paid to have car registered with DMV at time of purchase- Dealership messed up our address when submitting registration to DMV, and we’ve never received a veh reg renewal letter- I went to complain purchase- Dealership messed up our address when submitting registration to DMV, and we’ve never received a veh reg renewal letter- I went to complain to DMV and found out address was still incorrect! We’ve paid late fees for two years bc Ontario dealership never corrected their error, even after they were notified in late 2018 by us. We’ve left multiple messages with Donnie (finance), Nancy (dmv rep) and general service. NO ONE HAS RETURNED OUR CALLS IN A WEEK. However, when I called to explore trading in the car a few weeks ago, I got 5 calls the same day, and am still receiving emails about trade-in specials. REGISTER THE CAR YOURSELF because the dealership isn’t accurate about your details after sale has been completed. Note: car runs fine, followup service was the issue for this particular review. More
