In the midst of the COVID pandemic, I was concerned about safely buying a new car. I made an appointment to test drive the new Iconiq - which was very lovely. After talking to Tracy, I decided to test drive the Sonata and fell in love. She was extremely cautious and made sure that the car was properly sanitized, and she was extremely patient. She was considerate without being trying to oversell. She allowed us to make our decision, but was there to help guide us. I can't say enough good things about her and the process - and my new car is AWESOME!!! More
