As this was my first time purchasing my own vehicle, Brian went far and beyond to make sure that my expectations were met (i.e. color, features in vehicle, purchase terms). Before entering the car dealership, I had a feeling going in that this would be a stressful and high-pressure process based on my experience at a previous dealership and comments I'd heard from friends.
