The promotion is reviewed and approved by legal counsel to ensure it meets all federal and state advertising regulations. The odds of winning each prize are clearly printed on the front of the mailer, along with full terms and conditions that outline how the game works. We understand promotions like this can cause confusion, which is why our team is trained to explain them upon arrival. The intent of the mailer is to invite community members to our store and give them a chance to win a prize which could range from a high-value cash amount to smaller promotional gifts. Like any sweepstakes, not every matching ticket results in a grand prize win, and that is fully disclosed on the piece itself.
