Took a test drive for a mdx , now is usually the part we all dislike the bottom line of cost . However, this was different dare I say pleasant . Raymond and his colleagues got right to the point helped us find a price that worked for all of us . He even got me to rethink a light interior car , and of course one in the showroom which they accessed quickly. Then we me Michael , what a a nice guy. Micheal got all the financing quickly accomplish . If your interested in a Acura go right to Acura East Brunswick , find Raymond and Micheal , have a great car experience like we did . Terrible buying experience One of the worst car buying experiences I've had. I drove in from PA to purchase a car from this dealer. I was surprised to find out there was a $1300 One of the worst car buying experiences I've had. I drove in from PA to purchase a car from this dealer. I was surprised to find out there was a $1300 reconditioning fee on top of the advertised price, plus a $500 penalty if you did not finance through them. They said it was their standard procedure, but somehow those terms didn't make it in to the description for the car I was interested in. The car was exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to move ahead with it anyway. For the few other out of state vehicle purchases I have made, I have had no issue bringing the title back to PA to register at a notary. This dealership would not allow it, and insisted on using their "PA title service" to handle all of the paperwork. What a mistake. They charged a flat fee up front (somewhere in the neighborhood of $400), with the promise of a refund of the difference once the notary calculated the exact PA title, registration, and lien fees. I left with temp NJ tags and the understanding that they would mail me my PA plates once they were processed. Toward the end of the 30 day window for the temp tags, I still had not received my PA plates, and called the dealer to inquire. When I told them I wanted to speak to the title clerk that handled the transfer, I got a condescending response that there was no reason I needed to speak to them. Finally got through and she promised to look into the situation. It took another week and a half to receive the plates as they evidently hadn't been processed as of the time of my phone call. The plates came, but with no partial refund on the $400 fee I paid up front. Called again and talked to the title clerk who was going to contact the notary for a receipt (which was supposed to be included with the plates). I have called several times since, and still haven't received an answer as to where the difference in the charge has gone. Shortly after, the PA title shows up in my mailbox. Their PA title service had neglected to record the lien. I had to take care of it myself, and pay the $78 fee to fix it (which at the very least should have been refunded from the initial charge from the dealership). At this point, I have given up on recovering the difference in the registration fees that they had charged. I would advise anyone looking at a vehicle at this dealership to look elsewhere. More

Ray lee was my salesman for the second time and he was great again. we quickly decided on the vehicle we wanted and ray and joe the manager got the deal done very quickly i was out of there in 3 hours with a new car , Ray also is very good at the follow up after you leave the dealer he always checks in to see if we are happy and is very accessible if you need him . Ray is the reason we returned to acura of east brunswick . I would also like to give credit to joe the manager who is always a gentleman to deal with. thank you ray and joe i will be returning to acura ! More

In stock I initially called looking for a particular make and model. They told me to come in only to find out they didn’t have what I wanted. Tried to suggest I initially called looking for a particular make and model. They told me to come in only to find out they didn’t have what I wanted. Tried to suggest a Honda that wasn’t even on sight. A waste of two hours because I rushed over there rush hour traffic to just be told no. So, when I called specific details why not just tell me “We don’t have what your looking for.” I should have went back on the car when a potential lead sped off screaming he refused to do business with them. More
Avoid at all costs! The sales manager Joe is a liar and a slimeball. He "made me a service appt" to get me to come negotiate my lease renewal terms. The person who needed to be there for service doesn't work Saturdays... He denied responsibility for anything service provided (lacked to provide) throughout the time I had my lease and claimed, "that's not my sales team". I run and adtexh sales team in NYC, if I ever said that to a client I deserve to be fired on the spot. The service manager Rich is nice but his team doesn't get the job done, repeatedly. I had squealing tires on a brand new 2016 ilx for 3 years and they told me that it's normal after claiming they couldn't recreate the issue for weeks. The trunk was opening on its own when the car was parked and locked and they couldn't find a solution so they locked the trunk permanently. Beat part, the warranty ends and I'll have to pay for these issues to Acura financial if I can't go find a reputable Acura dealership to provide service. I wish I could meet the owner of this dealership to tell him about the my experience in person. They deserve better from their employees. More
