2nd Lease - Another great experience. I leased a RDX from Raymond Lee and Open Road Acura a few years ago. Ray reached out a few months before the lease is up and offered to put me into a brand new 2018 RDX at a great rate. Made an appointment to visit and he was there waiting for me as I walked in with the wife. I informed him that I didn't have much time since I had to attend a baby shower in NYC later in the afternoon. Long story short, Ray and the Finance Manager got us into a brand new RDX lease at a lower rate that what we were paying. They were able to accommodate my time constraint and we were out the door in record time. The entire process was great and am looking forward to working with Ray and Open Road again for the third time three years from now! More

SERVICE APPOINTMENT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE!!! I had an appointment on November 18, 2017, at 9:30am for the B1 service. I arrived at the dealership and Steve Fasullo greeted me. He took my informat I had an appointment on November 18, 2017, at 9:30am for the B1 service. I arrived at the dealership and Steve Fasullo greeted me. He took my information for the car not to mention that he took the same information from me the day I made the appointment. He then stated if I was waiting for the car or did I need a loaner car. I told him that I would be waiting. About 15 minutes later he told me that they were back up with appointments and that it would be about at least 1 1/2 before they get to my car. After waiting for an hour Steve Fasullo told me that my car needs an aliment and balancing of tires. I replied why do I need a wheel aliment and balancing of tires...he explained why the aliment and then stated that when you do an aliment then you need the tires to be balanced.....WRONG!!!!! Balancing of tires is ONLY done when you change the tires!!!!! I then told Steve that I only want the service that I came here for. A half an hour later the car is ready and Steve is doing the paper work for the car and states to me Quote: When you get the survey for me I hope you rate me a 10!!!!! . Unquote: Why are these service guys threatening customers on how they should be rated!!!! I then proceeded to leave the dealership and I drove my car home. I then walked out of my car and saw a large scratch on the side bumper of the car. I called Steve and he stated well how do we know if this was done at the dealership. I explained that I only drove the car home...He then stated to bring it in so we can look at it!!! I am so upset and so unhappy how I was treated at this dealership. I have not be able to bring the car back because I feel that I will be wasting my time as they will deny this happened at their dealership!! As of today November 28, 2017, I have not received a survey from the dealership, which only means to me that Steve Fasullo has ensured that the dealership not contact me for a survey!! I will not be bringing my car back to Open Road Acura of East Brunswick and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well. More

After using the car for 30,000 miles the car breaks dow CROOKS in suits BE AWARE ! ! ! ! TOTAL FRUAD ..... I was sold a 90,000 car from this dealer. After using the car for 30,000 miles the car breaks down. The WARRANTY the DEALER SOLD ME refuse to fix it. they sold me a car as a V8 gave me a title and the price for a V8 even car fax that said V8; the salesmen later took back. I then find out that I own a V6 .... In the mist of fixing this car I come to find out that the curve weight of the car was tampered with. I'm taking legal actions and pressing charges!!! I hope to see this dealer out of business soon !! Complete fraud I cannot believe this dealer. Save your money and your time especially the headache More

Very unproffessional I bought a car BMW535D used car from Open Road Acura of East Brunswick on July 8th, 2017. The salesman was Luis Reynoso and Meena. Ever since I brough I bought a car BMW535D used car from Open Road Acura of East Brunswick on July 8th, 2017. The salesman was Luis Reynoso and Meena. Ever since I brought the car I have been trying to reach Luis, Meen and Ron for a few issues I am facing with car. The odometer reading on the car (19741) versus carfax(43XXX), a correction to fix that was promised by Luis, Meena and Ron. There has been no update on that till date. I have called multiple times to the dealership and left messages for Ron (Finance) and to Luis via text message to cancel my extended warranty. Have not heard a word back from either of them. The dealership temp tag that was given to me will expire on July 27. I have asked for a new tag to be mailed to me asap as I have not received my original tag yet and don't want cop to ticket for the an expired tag. The after sales customer service is very poor and would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here and suffer like I did. More
