I am giving the rating here because of the experience I had with the dealer. They knew everything about the car, were able to meet my price requirements, help me get out of my old lease and the main thing had with the dealer. I could recommend any car dealer as highly I would these guys. I also just had my first service and that department is top notch. Chris started off knowing that I wasn't sure which car to consider or why. He was patient, walked me through the lease and financing options, and was an overall pleasure to deal with. It is hard to find a car dealer that gives it to you straight and these people did that from the minute I walked in the door. What else could you ask for? David More

I am a senior citizen of 86 years. Diandre D. Mikell assisted me out of my car, helped me into the show room,truly a sign of respect. Customer service and overall experience was positive until after I bought the car. That's when promises were made and calls were not returned - not once or twice but three times. One sales person in particular promised me three times that he would contact a dealership under the "Open Road" corporation regarding an item with the car I purchased. Three times he never called with a response after promising he would. I could only arrive at the conclusion that once I had put my money down, they did not care at all about customer service...I was off their plate and on to the next sell. More
