Open Road Acura of Wayne

Certified my car when it should not have been certified, upstate Acura dealer (Crest Acura) told me the car was totally repainted and a "horrible" car. The car is now worth $4,000 less than its book value a upstate Acura dealer (Crest Acura) told me the car was totally repainted and a "horrible" car. The car is now worth $4,000 less than its book value according to Crest Acura and the car should never have been Acura certified. To boot, the certification has not covered any of the many problems I have had with the vehicle. Of course my only recourse is to plaster this all over the internet for future buyers. Beware of these guys, they are bad news. More

I was told they will install audivax DVD Player, But they have installed different DVD Player. Here is the reply .. This is also 8" DVD Player it works. Nothing they can do about. This dealership worked with us to get the vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I traveled an hour to pick up my car, at which point the finance manager told me that they would only acce looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I traveled an hour to pick up my car, at which point the finance manager told me that they would only accept $3000 on a credit card for a down payment. I did not bring a check, and was never instructed to do so. I put down a substantial down payment, for which I was able to use my debit card for. The dealership charged my debit card in error, then realized that they needed to put it through as debit. They supposidly credited my account and put it through as debit. The credit has not been recognized by my bank. It has been several days and the dealership cannot seem to get their act together and credit me. In essence I was double charged. No one seems to know what they are doing. This has been an incredibly horrible experience! More

I cannot complain at all about the service I received at Open Road - Acura, Wayne, NJ. I shopped around at several other dealerships and got a mixed bag of courtesy and cooperation towards striking a deal o Open Road - Acura, Wayne, NJ. I shopped around at several other dealerships and got a mixed bag of courtesy and cooperation towards striking a deal on a 2007 RL lease. They had plenty of cars in inventory, our salesperson was patient and knowledgable about the cars many sophisticated features and most importantly they found a way to give more for our trade and sell the RL at a price we felt comfortable with when other dealers said thats all they can do. The usually disturbing process of signing the contracts and dealing with hard line pressures to take additional services etc was surprisingly painless. Picking up the car was a joy. We were given a thorough demo/tutorial of the functions of the car and our sales guy paired our phones for us for the hands-free on the spot so they worked once we pulled from their lot! So far we are happy we bought from Open Road! Bottom line is let your instincts dictate who you feel comfortable buying from. More

Sent an online inquiry for a quote and got decent pricing. So I visitied their showroom but as soon as I visited the showroom, they didn't even look at the quote refusing that pricing is not feasible pricing. Their new showroom pricing was worse than one advertised on Acura official website and it seemed like they didn't have their act together. The Sales person, his manager and the dealer owner didn't have any negotiating skills and showed an attitude indicating that they don't need our business. So they didn't. The owner even walked away while we were talking to him. So much for courtesy and customer service. BIG THUMBS DOWN. More

I put a $500 credit card deposit on a car. I went to look at it, said i wasn't interested and told him to refund the deposit. He called wednesday and asked when i wanted to pick up the car.
