I requested info on a certified vehicle online and called to confirm car was available in the morning. My daugher-in-law made the appointment to buy the vehicle and drove 45 minutes for nothing. get timming belt done and buy parts both or not good i get my timming belt done on my acura they told me at least 4hr for that jobs and tell me that how much it will charge , while im waiting for my serv i get my timming belt done on my acura they told me at least 4hr for that jobs and tell me that how much it will charge , while im waiting for my service i ask the part department for my acura carpets, and tell me it would fit , cant exchange with out restocking fee , and less than 2hr 30 min later they said the car is done , i be honest with you i dont know they do half of a job or doing at all cause i cant not see the timming belt was replaced or not with out taking it apart , i have a great pre own acura i buy it use but it in excellent pre own with records of service but the record just say getting service with out details that why im worried so i did do the timming belt and i ask them do i need it done they told me wont know with out taking it off so they tell me to do it anyway to be safe , so i fall for it , and be true honest it sound worst than before i change it , and the carpet did not fit my car , cause i did not know until weeks later cause my old carpet still good , cant explain my frustrations to be honest it all about commissions wages and money , More
