I was told a pre certified Audi I was going to buy had no cosmetic defects. I arrive and the sales manager announces there is damage to the back bumper. They fix it decently. I go to pick up the car and ther cosmetic defects. I arrive and the sales manager announces there is damage to the back bumper. They fix it decently. I go to pick up the car and there is a scratch on the front, the hood does not close properly and the inside of the car has dirt marks and debris. Since it was a low mileage vehicle, and the dealer agreed to fix the front scratch, I proceeded to the business office where the business person tried to sell me up to $12,000 in warranties, with no written materials or paperwork in front of me. There was not one price chart or comparison chart, no brochures, nothing. The business manager was asking me to listen to his brain dump. There were about 4 warranties, each with what seemed like 4 different option within each warranty, totaling about $12,000. Usually, dealers have charts, options and written materials but this dealer expects customers to pay over ten thousand dollars without knowing what they are buying. Needless to say, I walked out. I emailed the owner of Open Road who did not respond which it makes it seem like this poor service is from the top down. More
From delivery to now (1 year into the lease as of writing this review), Audi Manhattan has been nothing but a pain to deal with. First, I had specifically told them that I did not want their branding on this review), Audi Manhattan has been nothing but a pain to deal with. First, I had specifically told them that I did not want their branding on my car. If they wanted to put their branding, then they would have to discount the price. They agreed that they would not put any branding on the car and they would use my license plate frames. But they did not do so at the time of delivery. Second, while I made an appointment for a test drive, they did not "find" it when I arrived, even though I confirmed it with their online team before visiting. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag and I should have walked out right then and there. Third, when I moved from NY to NJ, I reached out to my salesperson Charles to check what I need to do in order to get my title updated. He did not respond to my email. Surprise surprise -- A car salesman not showing care after the papers have been signed and the car has been leased. When I called to follow up, he came off as very dismissive; as if he no longer needed to help me. Fourth, when I was replacing the license plates, I noticed that one of the screws holding the license plates was cross threaded into the nut of the license plate holder. The nut while spinning, broke the license plate holder. When I called in to ask them to replace the license plate holder, they started passing me around to different voicemails. I think they know about their lousy work ethic and hope that its not caught before the lease is over. My vehicle is very low mileage, which means that Audi Manhattan will come to me before my lease is over to get me into a new vehicle and get my leased car back to sell it as a CPO. Guess what Audi Manhattan? You're not going to get it. You do not value me as a customer, you do not get my business. More
We put down a deposit of $1000 on a new vehicle and we’re assured it was refundable if we did not make the purchase. We did not make the purchase and not only has the dealership refused to return the deposi assured it was refundable if we did not make the purchase. We did not make the purchase and not only has the dealership refused to return the deposit, we got the runaround every single time we called. They assured us someone would get back to us that day, but after several days of this it was clear they had no intention of returning our money. More
Levani Zazadze provided exceptional service and made our purchasing experience seamless. He was informative and professional, not to mention perfectly communicative. purchasing experience seamless. He was informative and professional, not to mention perfectly communicative. More
Highly unprofessional and lacking communication skills and a desire to present facts honestly. Misled us about delivery and delayed us when they knew our vehicle was unable to be delivered. I had the worst experience at the service department in 50 years of owning vehicles. The service rep did not respond to two texts and an email, the car was kept for three days for routine service and they 50 years of owning vehicles. The service rep did not respond to two texts and an email, the car was kept for three days for routine service and they overcharge 100% over what another dealer charges for the same service. By far the worse service I have ever experienced in my life. They do not call you back with updates, avoid your phone calls, and must have rookies as technicians since it takes them a week to check out a life. They do not call you back with updates, avoid your phone calls, and must have rookies as technicians since it takes them a week to check out a car with out any updates or even a loaner car to compensate their bad service. Bmw would never do this to you therefore I am never getting another Audi again thanks to these guys. More
Terrible service from “service advisor” Kevin Nagle. From the beginning he had a rude and negative attitude which lasted all the experience that day. He also wanted me to spend $400+ for a tire that my tire the beginning he had a rude and negative attitude which lasted all the experience that day. He also wanted me to spend $400+ for a tire that my tire warranty company would covered anyway. The only reason it did is because I had to call them directly and sort things out myself. If it were for him he wouldn’t have cared if I had to pay that extra $400 or not but he was proven wrong by the warranty company which ended up paying for that tire. I don’t know how this guy still has a job there. Completely unprofessional, with a sense of entitlement and extremely rude. Btw, he never apologized once for his terrible behavior. The assistant service manager took over and “saved the day” at the end but the damaged was already done. If you have to take your Audi for service at this location please avoid Kevin Nagle as your service advisor at all costs, you will thank me for that. Unfortunately Kevin’s behavior doesn’t only reflect bad on himself but on Audi of Manhattan by association. More
If you need an Audi, there's no one better to advise you than Levani Zazadze. Levani took all the time I needed to clearly explain all the information and terms of the purchase.
