Took my car for annual inspection. Notice wrong mileage on invoice. I use kms for odometer. Audi Manhattan uploaded kms as miles resulting in over counting actual mileage of my car by 60%.... requested to on invoice. I use kms for odometer. They highly recommend rotation and alignment of the tires. $650+tax of labor to “extend the life” of tires that cost about as much. This is a service that a normal technician would do in an hour. Bought an 2019 Audi Q7 CPO here. We travelled in from Suffolk county with 3 kids in tow. Levani Zazadze Was our sales person and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Audi Q7. Nothing but headaches since purchased, including the replacement of the mechatronics unit at one point after the car shutting down on me on the Ed Koch bridge (A member from Audis corporate location had to come and assist in repair). The service department is ran unprofessionally with some of the poorest communication skills i have ever come across. It takes forever to schedule an appointment, The one time a loaner was given, the tire blew out shortly after and they proceeded to charge me for it during a future visit after the fact!After i paid i was banned and told not to come back by Eliana Giraldo(Service Director). When i called AoA about this she lied to them and gave them a bogus story.. This was all okayed by the president of this dealership. Just sharing my experience and i would strongly suggest spending your time and money elsewhere. Prime location but terrible service. More
