Not only did he show courtesy, honesty and professionalism but he went over and beyond his duty to answer all my concerns, especially about the lack of a spare wheel on the terrible New York City roads. I had asked if it was possible to fit a spare wheel/tire for an RS5 in multiple dealerships in US and European capitals and the answer has been invariably "No". That is until John went out of the way, experimenting with his colleagues and finding out that a "S6" spare wheel would actually fit in the "RS5" trunk bay and would fit the massive calipers of the breaks. Consequently I was able to buy my sport car with ease of mind. Congratulations to John Kwon for making my buying experience an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. More

Terrible experience. After we negotiated a price, they added so many other fees and said that they were not negotiable. Especially a $700 administration fee which is total profit.
