I am so impressed with my experience at this dealer and staff, I was scheduled for an appointment Saturday 11/13, I couldn’t make it due to my work schedule changed! I was off Thursday 11/18 without any a staff, I was scheduled for an appointment Saturday 11/13, I couldn’t make it due to my work schedule changed! I was off Thursday 11/18 without any appointments, called to see if there is any possibility to come in, even it was very busy day ( THURSDAY's) I was told one sec, with no time, I called actually when I was standing outside the dealer, I am seeing Yasmin and, Michael walking out, Yasmin, answers the phone felt was very welcome with her greeting over the phone, Yasmin handed me to Michael, the real deal, I was kinda worried a bit, first time shopping at BMW dealer, but Micheal made the purchase so easy, me and my wife were debating on two different cars, explained that to Michael then, he brought one vehicle that satisfied both of us, I was less the 90 minutes for shopping and finance we were driving the Vehicle home.
