Without our asking, he even found a way for us to save an additional 2000$ (we were going to pay cash, but if we financed through BMW there was a 2K rebate; we can still pay it off in 3 months with no penalty, so it's worth it). Also, it was a quick, easy transaction; we arrived at Open Road mid-morning with a few specific models in mind, and by late afternoon we had the car in our possession.
