First, I thought I could manage with the local dealerships, but after a few weeks, I realized that I was tired of hearing all the double talk. Finally, I spoke to Mike Pascarelli and immediately knew that I had finally found an honest salesman! I was able to tell Mike exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, and he worked with me. It finally felt as if I had an expert on my side! Happy Customer. A few weeks ago I went into Open Road BMW at Edison to inquire about the new 4281 model. I was lucky enough to have met and spoke with Doug Jeffrey, a A few weeks ago I went into Open Road BMW at Edison to inquire about the new 4281 model. I was lucky enough to have met and spoke with Doug Jeffrey, a sale representative. Mr Jeffrey was able to explain everything to me about the 4281 model for me to easily made up my mind about the 428I coupe. He was very helpful in securing a lease contract for me. This was the best experience I ever had buying/leasing a vehicle, and this was simply because of the experience, courteousness and professionalism of Mr. Jeffrey. I was not in anyway pressured to complete the deal. He went out of his way to try and find the colors I was looking for and the price I was comfortable with. Once the vehicle was located and the deal was signed, he spent time going over the car features with me. Jim Crowe saved us again Recently we had an issue with our 328 which turned out to be a major issue. And of course the issue happened late in the day.
