Purchased a CT5 a few months ago. Many dealers rest on "inventory shortages" to act like you are doing them a favor shopping and wont even negotiate trying to get you into a car. My experience at Open Road was amazing and what you would want when making a big purchase, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. We bought a Cadillac Escalade 2021 22k and we thought everything was great until the recall happened. Now for a few days my girl was complaining that her Escalade was jerking I thought she was just being everything was great until the recall happened. Now for a few days my girl was complaining that her Escalade was jerking I thought she was just being a girl but when I drove it in all gears from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive every time we would turn into a tight spot we heard a rubbing and jerking. Now after we sent the truck in they said this was normal. And I asked them to repeat it and he said it’s normal for a brand new Escalade to jerk and the tires rub. Now after he tried to just tell my girl this is okay. I called and asked him to repeat again this guy Chris the one from service. Became irate because I was not buying his b.s no a brand new car in 4 wheel drive does this. I said I will not accept the vehicle like that it is not safe to drive. He said I will drive on your drive way and leave the car and you can’t do anything about it! At this point I’m a military man wishing he would. Just such ghetto service And the kicker they said they where going to drop it off today after we gave them permission. And guess what they still haven’t showed up! It’s really a-shame. As a retired army vet we deserved better. It’s 10:25 and she does not have a car to go to work tomorrow. Bravo open road Cadillac bravo! More

I bought a 22 Escalade from this dealership and have had nothing but problems. Alex the sales manager acts like he wants to help but just gives you lip service. They added fees in my credit card I did not agree to. I asked the to fix it he offered an oil change. Why would I drive 130 miles for an oil change and put that much wear and tare on my vehicle. I denied the offer and just asked for my money they refused. They did not detail my vehicle at delivery the staff complained it was to late they gave me a we owe. Geeze that is again 130 miles away doesn’t make much sense in a vehicle that gets 15mpg. I had to put my own gas in the Escalade was on fumes. The gas station attendant told me that my vehicle had a known fuel door issue and it took him 1/2 to open it. I cal Alex he pawns me off to rude service manager that wants to fight with me on ver the door. This is not the customer service I expect when i sone $92k on a vehicle. I can’t get my vehicle in to have my door fixed anywhere so it has to sit in my driveway because Open Road Cadillac would rather deny facts than just do the right thing and help out a customer who put there trust in them. Alex is a fake and a fraud. Buyers Beware service after the sale is treacherous. More

I was skeptical about getting a car from a dealership because usually, I buy my cars from websites like CarGurus & Autotrader. Fortunately, I don't think I'll be using these websites anymore! My experience at Cadillac was awesome from start to finish. As soon as you walk in, either a salesman or Manager will greet you and instantly make your life easier. They asked me if I had anything in mind or if I wanted to look around, so Mr. Napoli gave me a tour of the place and walked around the lot with me to see if there was anything that caught my eye. With his help, I was able to narrow my choices down to 2 cars: an Escalade and a Mercedes GLE. In the end, I ended up choosing the GLE because Mr. Napoli was able to give me a better deal on that one. Instantly this has become my favorite dealership because everyone in there was so nice & helpful! More

Jaron helped me choose between different Cadillac models and I was able to leave with an XT6 that my whole family loves.
