Jose, was very, very helpful. My partner and I visited three Chevy dealers on Rt. 22 in one day. One place turned out to be a complete disaster with the manager taking a bully stance which backfired on him very quickly. Of the two dealerships remaining we were impressed by and later satisfied with the service from Jose at Multi-Chevrolet. It was kind of a happy surprise. Bottom line: Buying a car is usually a stressful situation dealing with the push and pull of salesmen, dealerships, managers during negotiations.. but our experience at Multi (and with Jose) was reasonable. We know that this is not charity and that salesperson and company needs to make a living too. When everyone is on the same page with that; it shouldn't be surprising that the sale was made in a few hours. Jose listened to our needs and provided exactly what we wanted. We will definitely refer our friends. More
