Unfortunately, I had an issue with the starter. I took it back in and a young lady by the name of Stephanie in the service department was rude and dismissive. She most certainly should not be in customer service if she does not like working with people. I was told by the Sales Manager that the Service Manager would call me back - never heard from anyone. Service is EVERYTHING after you have bought the car. If they are unable to deliver in that area, they FAIL in my opinion. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Very Rude -Dishonest After the first visit, over the phone they agreed for a price. During the final bill, they showed some hidden charges. When we were asking to remove those and why it wasnt told earlier, a manager came in , took over the Argument. Then he didn't listened to us. Finally insulted us by saying "you don't have to buy" and asked us to leave for just requesting to remove the hidden cost. Who ever goes their please discuss the Final On The Road Price with them . They will not say it, They will say some % and then say "you are an adult don't you think " - This is the same word that Manager told us. More

I purchased a civic ex I waited forever my sales man didn't know what he was doing and made me promises me couldn't keep. I stood because my current lease was up and they had the vehicle I wanted. Biggest mistake. It took me 2.5 hours to get into the finance office and then that was another bunch of promises made and broken. Not to mention my sales man never even delivered the vehicle to me. He gave me the keys and told me where it was. He didn't show me any features. I had to read the manual and search online for features on the new civic and how to use them or set them up. This dealership has no moral. I know the auto business is what it is but wow does this dealer really set the expectation for getting ripped off and thrown around as a customer. They say one thing and when it comes down to it they're adding in a bunch of "hidden fees" and going back on their word. Open Road Honda really needs to work on how they operate and treat customers. Never again, I'll be taking my vehicle to DCH on Route 9 for maintenance and anything else from this point forward. More
