Simply made a phone call to Sales Mgr. Jason Lee, told him in advance what we were looking for, added a trade-in for this purchase, mentioned our price point bottom line, and basically made the deal over the phone. We had also dealt with now Finance Mgr. Hassan Rafique for 4 of our vehicles in the past when he was the Sales Manager at Open Road and he is one of the main reasons we always return to Open Road - thanks Hassan and great to see you today! When we arrived at the dealership this morning (around 10 AM), met up with Jason and Abdul (our Sales Rep.), discussed the phone conversation, and Jason not only met his promises, he did better than even my wife's bottom line to keep our monthly payment well within our price point. Everyone goes out of their way to be kind, helpful, honest, and very professional - you can trust these folks to keep their word!!
