Our salesman was polite and courteous BUT the gentlemen in finance department Ernie was less than pleasant. He is rude, arrogant and very disrespectful. He gave us his "southern boy charm" but we were less in finance department Ernie was less than pleasant. He is rude, arrogant and very disrespectful. He gave us his "southern boy charm" but we were less than impressed when we questioned charges on the vehicle we were purchasing. We expected and honest reply. Instead Ernie tried to dismiss my request and tell us that they are standard dealer fees. Regardless if it is a standard dealer fee, I requested a breakdown of charges in excess of $2000 and 2 weeks later I still have not received a reply to my request. Apparently Ernie has the only email in the company that does not allow him to send outgoing emails. I would highly recommend if anyone decides to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, do not use this man as your finance representative and do yourself a favor and ask for the "Dealer Prep Fee" breakdown before signing your finances away. This fee is just the finance department way of making money on you for services they do not perform on the vehicle. Secure etch fee is also another dealer fee that you should not pay for but they will charge for it. Also, when they tell you your vehicle is going for detailing, beware of the length of time it takes. It took over 4 hours for our vehicle to be detailed and bottom line is, it went thru the car wash and that was it. The windows were still dirty and the inside of the vehicle was never touched. Bottle caps, leaves, dirt and debris were still in the vehicle. The Managers of this dealership should be ashamed they let a vehicle be driven away like this. More

I went to buy a car, and the experience I had with Sharif was awful! He has no customer service skills, and he is the most arrogant, unprofessional, and rude sales person I have ever dealt with in my entire was awful! He has no customer service skills, and he is the most arrogant, unprofessional, and rude sales person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. First, he does not know how to treat the customer in a professional manner, he is rude, not knowledgeable about his job, and on top of all that he is the most arrogant person you can deal with. Be careful with this individual, as he will write numbers in a paper (handwritten), that you don't even know where those numbers came from. When you approach him, he has no way to explain them to you. It was hilarious to see how he congratulated me on the purchase of a car, when he didn't have my credentials to run my credit and find out if I was really approved for the purchase. When I questioned him, he had the nerves to ask me why I was feeling as if he owe me anything. What a joke- the whole experience was very suspicious and extremely unprofessional, and I had no choice, but to walk away from the purchase. I went to two other Mazda dealers and the experience was completely different. The sale person at both were professional, knowledgeable, and the most important thing, they were there for the customer, and understood how to run a business. Sharif could benefit from a good customer service training, and learn how to respect others. It is very unfortunate that Mazda hires this type of individuals who are making the dealer lose business and look really bad. I was ready to make this purchase with a hefty down payment, and because of this individual's lack of customer service skills, Mazda lost the business. Way to go Mazda! More
