I had to keep my coat on and zipped up in order to stay warm since it was very cold outside on this day. This was very uncomfortable for the 1.5 hour service time. More

50,000 service a bit pricy I got sticker shock when handed the bill. No clue the 50K service would be almost $400.00. I had the best car shopping and buying experience at Volvo Edison. I called and they told me who to ask for for the test drive. I arrived and barely waited and the rep greeted me and knew who I was ri Volvo Edison. I called and they told me who to ask for for the test drive. I arrived and barely waited and the rep greeted me and knew who I was right away. They let me test three cars ( 2 were the same model and they didn’t mind at all. ). They were organized and straight forward which is surprising for a Saturday on route 1 which Is chaos normally. It also is surprising because they have more help than offices working with you and it gave it a small business feel even though they are obviously selling a lot of cars and for a corporate company. Rudy worked the numbers right in front of me and gave me a deal that I couldn’t refuse. When I changed my kind weeks later he took care of me and got me the car I wanted from a different lot same day. He didn’t complain about the time he spent detailing the other car I had put a deposit down nor did he nitpick my current car and buckle and dime me fore the trade when I decided to trade last minute. The buying experience was great. I felt that I wasn’t in a high pressure sales environment even though I put down a deposit my first visit. The price was great and Rudy was friendly helpful and patient. I went to other dealers and didn’t get the same vibe. He spent a lot of time following up to ensure I was still interested and gave me advice on selling my current car. More
