I am a long time fan of Volvo and as we get older, we tend to get frugal and we want to get as much bang for a buck as possible. The Volvo gives that to me. Because of the engineering of this automobile, one of my two Volvos has close to 200,000 miles on it. While good engineering is a factor, a car would not be able, to affordably get there without the Volvo Edison service team. My hats go off to you! This was again my experience when I had an emergency and needed to have a problem diagnosed and repaired quickly. Anna, the service manager, and her staff were extremely pleasant and professional. They provided detailed answers to both technical and practical questions, and arranged for a shuttle to drive me home while the car was being repaired. This is a service department that considers both the car and its driver; I highly recommend them. More
