I want frist off want to commend the sales representative Andy for his proactive approach by providing me updates on the vehicle after our initial meeting and deposit on November 3. He contacted me on Monday Andy for his proactive approach by providing me updates on the vehicle after our initial meeting and deposit on November 3. He contacted me on Monday November 9th mentioning that the vehicle will be arriving on Tuesday and is being reviewed by management. I wasn't sure what needs to be reviewed or if any decisions need to be made when a price was agreed upon. I requested for a phone call from management to explain why they couldn't honor the pricing as agreed...... no call what so every! I even emailed the GM Christopher Mazzeo to contact me..... he didnt even make a effort to call....... they sent Andy to call and explain..... ridiculous! The silence from this management team is rather unsettling to any customer in this day and age. This is NOT "world class service" as referenced through their company web site. The whole management team at this dealership should not be in management...... they didnt have the courtesy to call me or my wife to explain and apologizes. They were no where to be found to resolve issue but only to make a sale. More
