WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Liars, thieves and crooks! BUYERS BEWARE they will not hold their part of the deal. I will never purchase another car from here! BEWARE they will not hold their part of the deal. I will never purchase another car from here! More
First, I am in CA, but they had a PreOwned Toyota Sequoia that was exactly what I wanted. I called and got Josuez (sp?) and lets just say if I had to deal with him I wouldn’t have bought the car. So, I went that was exactly what I wanted. I called and got Josuez (sp?) and lets just say if I had to deal with him I wouldn’t have bought the car. So, I went around him and asked if they had any female salespeople, and that’s how Lisa came into the picture. She’s fairly new, but she was fantastic to work with. Her communication was awesome. Mike Silva, also very helpful. I won’t think twice about reaching out to Lisa in the future when I need another car. More

In addition, they refused to negotiate the purchase price of their used CPO inventory, the salesmen's quote was he could "move $0" on his buy price. They told me ownership recently changed and while my salesmen was friendly enough, ultimately their business practices suggest they are still looking for uneducated buyers and trying to make margin on both ends of a deal. Disgusting customer service I would never recommend this dealership. At start, when I walked in, no one seemed to notice my friend and I. Walmart has better customer service than I would never recommend this dealership. At start, when I walked in, no one seemed to notice my friend and I. Walmart has better customer service than this stupid incompetent dealership. Mike Silva was the sales manager and he has highly disappointed me in the customer service that was provided to me. The manager refused to negotiate on this prices. Actually, he even refused to come out to even speak with us. I went there 3 times to talk to him and every single time, he was "on the phone" or "away in a meeting". However, I came out and saw him standing next to another employee having a casual conversation. I have bought many benz vehicles and currently own many. I was treated as if I did not have any knowledge about cars nor had the money to purchase one. I felt so out of place and was at discomfort. I wanted to go to a BMW dealer because I have always gotten a better service there. I have never been so disgusted in customer service before today. I hope no one else have to go through what I had to go through. Please do not waste your time at this dealership. More
GREATEST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECIEVED PURCHASING A CAR WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP NOT EXPECTING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND THINKING I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO POSSIBLY AFFORD THE VEHICLE, AND MIKE SILVA AND JOHN S WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP NOT EXPECTING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND THINKING I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO POSSIBLY AFFORD THE VEHICLE, AND MIKE SILVA AND JOHN SULANO PROVIDED STELLAR SERVICE AND WERE ABLE TO PUT ME IN THE VEHICLE I CAME FOR. THEY GUIDED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, 100% HONEST AND UPFRONT AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THEY NEEDED TO TO MAKE THE DEAL HAPPEN FOR ME. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE TO STOP BY AND ASK FOR EITHER MIKE OR JOHN YOU WONT REGRET IT! More
The most dishonest dealership I have been to I bought a new Mercedes a couple months ago from this dealership, and the deal was closed with an agreed upon price including all fees. First, i was t I bought a new Mercedes a couple months ago from this dealership, and the deal was closed with an agreed upon price including all fees. First, i was told I would receive my license plate in a couple weeks, but nothing happened until my temporary plate expired. I made many phone calls, typically, they passed you around and resolved nothing, and no one seemed knowing exactly what was going on. Finally, after a long expiration of my temporary plate, one day I got a call from my salesperson telling me my license plate arrived at the dealership but I had to pay extra money to have it. It was the most ridiculous and dishonest thing I have ever experienced with a car dealership, ripping off a customer when he needs help!! Again, this extra charge occurred after the deal was closed and everything was paid as agreed. Not recommend to work with this dealership, and take extreme caution every step when you happen to be there. More

I went to a dealership in Edison first, but the salesman kept asking about "what my husband would think" A friend suggested I go to Open Road. I was immediately greeted by Ralph-a complete professional! He spoke to me-not AT me. Carefully, he explained every question I had and made me feel like I was the only person in the room. If you want to be treated by a professional-go to Open Road of Bridgwater and ask for Ralph!!! More
Worst Dealership I have been to. Extra fees with a Mercedes? First off the dealership presentation is horrible. Its crammed with a ton of cars and very little walking room and the desks are slammed in the corner First off the dealership presentation is horrible. Its crammed with a ton of cars and very little walking room and the desks are slammed in the corner. I had a very uncomfortable experience because I had light blinding my eye from their lack of shades and the inability to move anywhere else. Second I was told on the email I would be speaking to one person and got there and they found one random person who was available for me as if I was not already emailing the person. The deal went normal as usual as I presumed and we agreed upon fees and prices and monthly. The salesmen did a lot of gibberish on a paper to make it confusing to how clear the deal is, went back a few times back and forth with the manager and my dad agreed on a price. I would have gone for a better price but I am not going to fight my dad on it. I made it clear ALL FEES are included on the down payment alongside first payment. My dad signs the paperwork a few days later and the car is picked up. My mother goes to the dealership to pick up the license plates and boom, theres a FEE. "The estimated DMV license plate pick up fee" that I have never seen anywhere. My mother paid it not knowing any better and I find out at home and am furious. I literally bought my Audi a few weeks ago and did not even remotely have to deal with that. All fees paid up front. Both luxury german cars. Both of the same price. But OPEN ROAD MERCEDES has to do shady things in a shady building. Extra tidbits: The salesman Rafail dodges your phone calls, forgets to call you, coerces a review with money bribe I was so sickened by this. Rafail does not know anything besides what the computer shows him, doesn't know the car, doesnt know the features, doesnt know the mercedes oil change programs or anything. Asked him all these questions whatever you can find online thats your xxxx answer. Worst salesman ever. I contacted the manager at the office and he was no help. Rafail could not even explain to me what the fee was or when it was agreed upon. I told him we agreed in the deal and he acknowledged that but said its "policy" for what? Stealing? Disgusting. Can't wait to return the car and never shop here agian or tell anyone to for that matter. TLDR; Rude, Dirty crowded place, offers "great deals" just to cram in fees anywhere, and they dodge your calls once your out the door. No courtesy calls, no educational experience for your car. Please don't take an elderly person here, they will con them and leave them alone with an expensive piece of junk they don't know how to use. More
