Positive experience with three good dealer personnel I purchased a 2016 CPO C-300. Overall the experience was pleasant (though I'm not a fan of car purchase in general). The salesman (Henry) was very friendly and helpful throughout. All three staff I worked with (Henry, Mike, Hassan) were friendly, informative, and professional. The dealership is farther away than I'd like, but that's not their fault! I have no experience with their Service Dept. I was satisfied with the final price I paid, with two lesser comments: I was a bit disappointed with the trade-in I received, especially since their website says "we pay Top Dollar for your car"; and I think their Doc Fee is ridiculous (and I told them so), especially compared to the competition. But I'm sure it's not their (these three) decision. I had a good experience in my purchase, and I would work with any of these three gentlemen (Henry, Mike, Hassan) again. More

Unfortunate Experience I received a letter from Open Road regarding turning in my car early....so I went to the dealer and my sales rep Marlon helped me....He was very pleas I received a letter from Open Road regarding turning in my car early....so I went to the dealer and my sales rep Marlon helped me....He was very pleasant...we test drove cars...the normal drill....the car I wanted wasn't on their lot and had to come from the port.....Marlon brought over Isaac....we worked costs...but...the deal went out the window when Isaac said I had to take the car when it arrived....I indicated that I would never by a car sight unseen....and while I understand once you take possession of the car you have to keep it on your books....so I said if I didn't like the car could I at lease pick a different car....Isaac went to check and the answer was no....So I had to leave. I ended up at another dealer who said they would never force someone to take a car so they would get the car. Marlon was sending me texts to see if I made a decision and I was clear that the only reason I didn't buy from him was the fact I HAD to take that car. When I told him I ended up purchasing the vehicle from another dealer he sent me a text that was less than pleasant....he was annoyed that he spent so much time with me and I didn't purchase.....it was almost accusatory as though I did something wrong and wasted his time....THIS IS HIS JOB!!! I know he is new but his text was less than pleasant....I'm sure there are plenty of people who come in and don't buy anything. In any case, I suggest that you change your policy where a person is stuck taking a car they haven't seen....I would gladly have purchased from you except for this stipulation. More

Nasty GM and incompetent sales team This store is totally unprofessional. Mr. Tredesco (GM) telephoned me about trying to purchase a vehicle without paying taxes. He said I told you I was from NC then switched to SC and didn't want to pay tax. He is wrong and you are wrong. I sent you my husband's information and your (his) is not correct. SC pay up to $500 for auto sales tax and that's what I told you. I will placing this complaint in a number of places because I think Mike Tredesco is a rude and nasty man. More
