Nail in tire. I was informed by On Star that my tire needed air. I did not have an appointment. This notification happened several weeks ago and I brought the car I was informed by On Star that my tire needed air. I did not have an appointment. This notification happened several weeks ago and I brought the car in and air was added to the tires. When I received the second notification, I immediately returned to your service center. They found the nail, patched the tire and assured me that the patch was good and would hold. A new tire was not needed at this time. The service was extremely efficient and was done in a timely manner. The service person was most helpful and attentive to me. More
