Have been a customer at this dealer for almost 40 years. Always use the sale sales person and always drive across the city for service, even though there is a dealer within 5 miles.
I got to my appointment 45 mins early and Jake wrote me up right away. Every treats you as a member of the family so it feels like a reunion .
The tech was great, good people skills and with vast knowledge. In the other hand the service dept. Advisors don't appear to be friendly, they are rude and need more customer service skills while working with customers over the phone and face to face. Not sure if this is a military friendly dealership, no discount was offered to me.
I just purchased my third vehicle from Orange Buick GMC and had another fantastic experience. Their customer service is top notch! I really appreciate their willingness to make sure I get what works best for me . From buying a car to having service done it doesn’t get any better than Orange Buick GMC!
The service went as expected. It took an extra day due to a late shipment, but that wasn't a problem.
The loaner car was very nice though I am not sure about the push button start/stop at all. I can see why some vehicles seem to be off, and they really aren't - pretty scary when you see news of deaths due to this. Definitely think the key ignition start/stop is safer.
