Fantastic staff and service! What a great experience I had. I was travelling and therefore away from my home dealership, Dick Norris Buick GMC. I came out of my hotel and found a nail in my tire and a flat. I called your dealership and they fit me in for an appointment in the next 20 minutes when they found out I was travelling and stuck in Orlando. When I arrived at the dealership I was told (nicely) that there weren't supposed to be any more appointments scheduled until the following day so I would have to wait. I said that I understood and asked how long. Laura said, oh, about an hour. An HOUR? That is NOT waiting in my mind. That is hanging out while my car is serviced. It did take about 2 to 2.5 hours, but you have such a nice waiting room! The chairs with the desk on them allowed me to hook up my laptop and work comfortably. Thank you to everyone on your team for phenomenal service, friendly attitude, and a comfortable, clean, quiet waiting room. More
