After giving Mike Sweeney a search criteria he showed me a few cars that met the search criteria and my interest. That night I did my research on a Ford Taurus Limited they had and decided to go for it. On Sunday I went back to the dealer and told Oscar what vehicle I wanted to purchase. He took great care of me as a customer. Oscar game me a final "out the door" price, I took the car for a ride, and discussed financing options. At the end I've left the dealer with a great car, for a amazing price and very low interest rate. More

Honest, pain-free used car buying experience My husband and I stopped by Orange Buick GMC to check out a used 2016 Acadia SLT that we had seen through Kelly Blue Book.com. We had been looking on My husband and I stopped by Orange Buick GMC to check out a used 2016 Acadia SLT that we had seen through Kelly Blue Book.com. We had been looking online and Orange Buick GMC seemed competitively well-priced and worth checking out. We thought we'd just have a look and were not necessarily intending to buy that day. Our salesman Steve Williams was personable, knowledgeable and honest with us. The car had everything we were looking for and Steve really worked with a "customers-first" attitude to negotiate a deal he was sure we were happy with. There were NO high-pressure sales involved AT ALL and also no "dog and pony" show of making you wait forever for the manager and messing you around on financing, payments, etc. (Which is why I normally dread car shopping in the first place!!) Everything that Steve promised he made good on with a smile. There were a few items that needed following up with after our sale and Steve has been proactively following up with us on every item - we don't have to chase him down, he's the one calling us to check in. He has been in the industry for a long time and it shows in his professionalism and service. He knows that if he treats you right you'll be back - and he's right. We would definitely buy from him again or recommend him to anyone. It was a long wait to get our paperwork finalized the day we purchased because there were quite a few people ahead of us, but once it was our turn, the gentleman in financing (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was also very straightforward and helpful and assisted us with choosing an extended warranty. I came on a Saturday (the busiest day of the week) and Roger went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service is #1 to me in any business and they exceeded my expectations by far. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel like you are part of the family. And of course, I didn't feel like my wallet was empty when I left which is really important! I will definitely be recommending this dealership (already have) to friends/coworkers. More
