My car has been in service for 10 days and still not fixed. The service rep Fred claims they are working on it night and day? No call backs or any explanations except they are working on it. I am certain the folks that are technicians are very qualified.Not sure why this dealership is so backwards,they lack any customer service skills or empathy no one has attempted to get on the phone with me or make this a priority they just don't give a care. I have never had this problem with GM and have bought many automobiles from them,I will never go back to this dealership or ever refer anyone to buy there or use the service dept as a matter of fact use them at your own risk. This is a poorly run organization and people wonder why the American car companies are struggling it's because of the we don't give a xxxx attitude these folks have that I recommend you stay away from Orange GMC. I brought work along with me for the 3 hour service job that I had to "wait" for. Tom checked up on me -- great ! The waiting room had intenet -- great ! The other parts of the customer waiting area are just so - so: The machines back in the coffee shop area make a racket. The waiting area wasn't that comfortable (OK for 10 minutes). Wished that the cashier was a bid more cheery. More

This is my third lease from Orange. I have always found them to be courtious and attentive. My salesman Mike Sweeney knew the product very well and gave me a run down of all the feathure of my new Terrain. them to be courtious and attentive. We were very happy with the experience we had at Orange Buick! My husband and I were looking for a used 2010 enclave buick to replace our 2008 enclave buick (which we loved but had too many miles). Erin convinced us to check out the new 2011 enclave while we were there since they had no used ones left. Well he truely is a good salesmen,before we knew it we were proud owners and Erin was right,we are so glad he got us into a new one. First of all Leslie was very friendly, we liked that she gave us our time to think and put no pressure, pressure is the worst thing someone could put on you when making an important decision such as a car l gave us our time to think and put no pressure, pressure is the worst thing someone could put on you when making an important decision such as a car loan. Even though our credit has been affected by a recent foreclosure they worked with us (and we worked with them) to be able to finance the car. We needed a more updated car at a monthly payment we could afford and we achieved our goal. Our overall experience was great. We found out about this dealer online, we recommend everyone to shop around online before showing up at a dealer. More
